Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G smartphone was announced in February 2020. The phone has a 6.90-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1440×3200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The phone is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Exynos 990 processor that features 2 cores clocked at 2.73GHz, 2 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and 4 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 12GB/16GB of RAM. This phone runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The phone supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.
Regarding the cameras, the phone on the rear packs a 108-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 48-megapixel (f/3.5) camera; a 12-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a Depth camera. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G measures 166.90 x 76.00 x 8.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 222.00 grams. It was launched in Cosmic Grey, Cosmic Black, and Cloud White colors. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an IP68 rating for dust and water protection (up to 1.5m for 30 min). It bears a glass body.
