The POCO M6 sports a 6.79-inch FHD+ LCD with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The handset is powered by a 12nm MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra processor with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU for graphics. The chipset is paired with 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB/256GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage, which is further expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.
The POCO phone runs on Android 14-based Xiaomi HyperOS custom skin out of the box. The handset has a 108MP primary Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture LED flash. There is a 13MP shooter for selfies and video chats.
