Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate Summary
Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate smartphone was announced on September 4th, 2025. It features a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.40-inch touchscreen primary display offering a resolution of 1008 x 2232 pixels. It also features a 7.90-inch touchscreen as its second display, with a resolution of 2048 x 2232 pixels. The Mate XT Ultimate Design also has a 10.20-inch touchscreen as its third display, with a resolution of 2232 x 3184 pixels. The phone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 9020 processor with 16GB of RAM. The phone runs HarmonyOS 5.1 and is powered by a 5,600mAh non-removable battery. The phone supports 50W wireless charging and 66W wired Fast Charging.
Regarding the cameras, the Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate features a triple camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50MP (f/1.4-f/4.0) primary camera, a 12MP (f/3.4, periscope telephoto) camera, and a 40MP (f/2.2, ultra-wide-angle) camera. It features a single front camera setup for selfies, equipped with an 8MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
Huawei Mate XTs Ultimate is based on HarmonyOS 5.1 and comes with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of built-in storage. It is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It measures 156.7 x 219 x 3.6mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 298.0 grams. It was launched in four colors: Red, Black, Purple, and White.
The phone’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6/7, GPS, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, and USB Type-C. The phone’s sensors include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a compass/ magnetometer, a barometer, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, and a fingerprint sensor.
