Nothing Phone (3) smartphone was announced in July 2025. It has a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 6.67-inch display offering a resolution of 1260×2800 pixels (1.5K) at a pixel density of 460 pixels per inch (ppi). The phone comes with 12GB and 16GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5500mAh non-removable battery. The phone supports 15W wireless charging and 65W fast charging.
Regarding the cameras, the phone on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP (f/2.7, periscope telephoto) camera, and a 50MP (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It features a single front camera setup for selfies, equipped with a 50MP sensor.
Nothing Phone (3) runs Nothing OS 3.5 is based on Android 15, and packs 256GB and 512GB of built-in storage. It is a dual-SIM mobile. It measures 160.6 x 75.6 x 9.0mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 218 grams. It was launched in White and Black colors. The phone features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.
The phone’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6/7, GPS, Bluetooth v6.0, and NFC with active 4G on both SIM cards. The phone’s sensors include a accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a compass/ magnetometer, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
