Xiaomi 15S Pro Specs Leaks—Xiaomi is planning a big event this weekend and reportedly will bring several of its latest flagship products.
Through his official post on Weibo, Lei Jun, CEO and founder of Xiaomi, confirmed that the two products appearing on stage are the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra. Interestingly, both will be the first devices powered by Xiaomi’s chipset, the Xiaomi Xring 01.
Xiaomi Xring 01: 3nm Fabricated In-House Processor
The Xiaomi Xring 01 is Xiaomi’s first chipset developed internally and mass-produced with 3nm fabrication, marking Xiaomi’s significant step towards technological independence. This chip appeared first on the Geekbench listing but will be officially introduced at the event.
According to Lei Jun, the development of Xring 01 cost CNY 13.5 billion, or around a billion. Furthermore, Xiaomi plans to spend up to CNY 50 billion (~.9 billion) in the next 10 years to strengthen its chip design ecosystem.

Specifications: 10-Core CPU and Immortalis-G925 GPU
According to a leak from Geekbench, the Xiaomi Xring 01 uses a 10-core CPU configuration. While this could be a bug in the benchmark software, it’s not unusual for new chips to be read. The central cluster’s highest clock speed reaches 3.90 GHz. For the GPU, Xiaomi chose the Immortalis-G925, a flagship-class GPU from ARM that already supports ray tracing.
Suppose the benchmark results are close to the final performance. In that case, the Xring 01 is predicted to beat the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is currently the engine of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, both in single-core and multi-core performance.

Xiaomi Seriously Competes in the Premium Chipset World
Xiaomi’s move to develop its chipsets is not just about efficiency or branding.
This is part of a long-term strategy to reduce dependence on external vendors such as Qualcomm or MediaTek, while increasing performance optimization across the MIUI ecosystem and their AIoT devices.
When will it be announced?
There is no official date for Xiaomi yet, but the big event is expected to occur this weekend. It will mark the official launch of the Xiaomi Xring 01, Xiaomi 15S Pro, and Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra.
If all these leaks prove accurate, the Xring 01 could be a significant turning point in Xiaomi’s ambition to enter the global semiconductor industry powerhouse map.
