OnePlus Ace 3 Pro announced With Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 6,100mAh Battery
OnePlus Ace 3 Pro was launched in China on 27th Jun 2024, Thursday. The phone features a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup and runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It also packs a 6,100mAh Glacier battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The phone comes with 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. The smartphone is part of the lineup alongside the earlier launches of the OnePlus Ace 3 and Ace 3V in January and March this year, respectively.

The phone is offered in three shades – Green Field Blue, Supercar Porcelain Collector’s Edition, and Titanium Mirror Silver. Pricing starts at CNY 3,199 ($440) for the 12/256GB trim and tops out at CNY 4,399 ($605) for the 24GB RAM and 1TB storage version. Open sales in China will begin on July 3.

OnePlus Ace 3 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2,780 x 1,264 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, native peak brightness level of 4,500nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 onboard storage. The phone ships with ColorOS 14.1 based on Android 14.
For optics, the phone is equipped with a triple rear camera unit that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) paired with an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens. , and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The phone has a 16-megapixel front camera.
The phone is backed by a 6,100mAh Glacier battery with 100W wired fast charging support. The OnePlus Glacier battery technology is claimed to use a new proprietary high-capacity bionic silicon-carbon material. It is claimed to increase battery capacity by 22% with a smaller size compared to previous generation cells.
The phone supports 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NFC, and USB Type-C connectivity. The phone has an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
