Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone was announced in January 2025. The phone has a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 6.90-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1440×3120 pixels (QHD+)—the display sports Corning Gorilla Armor 2 for protection. The Samsung S25 Ultra is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The phone comes with 12GB and 16GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The phone supports 15W wireless charging, and 45W Fast Charging fast charging.
Regarding the cameras, the Galaxy S25 Ultra on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 200MP (f/1.7) primary camera; a 50MP (f/1.9, ultra wide-angle) camera; a 50MP (f/3.4, periscope telephoto) camera, and a 10MP (f/2.4, telephoto) camera.
