Xiaomi 14 Civi arrives in India with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, Dual Selfie Shooters
The Xiaomi 14 Civi was launched in India on Wednesday (June 12) as the latest entry in Xiaomi’s 14 lineup. The new handset runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile platform and features Leica-branded 50-megapixel triple rear cameras, similar to other phones in the Xiaomi 14 series. The Xiaomi 14 Civi has a curved AMOLED display with a brightness of 3,000 nits. It has a 4,700mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging. The device is a rebranded Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro version, originally exclusive to the Chinese market.

The Xiaomi 14 Civi is priced at ₹42,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 512GB version is priced at ₹47,999 it comes in Cruise Blue, Matcha Green, and Shadow Black color options and will be available for purchase on June 20 at noon IST through Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Xiaomi’s retail partners.
The pre-booking of the phone will start today at 2:00 PM and customers who pre-booked the phone can get the Redmi 3 Active for free. ICICI Bank customers can avail of ₹3,000 discount when paying through their cards. Further, the Xiaomi 14 Civi has a three-month YouTube Premium subscription and 100GB of Google One for six months.

The dual-SIM phone runs on an Android 14-based HyperOS interface and features a 6.55-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 446ppi pixel density, and 3,000ppi brightness. The screen supports HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
It runs on a 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It includes an in-house T1 signal booster chip to improve download speed and network coverage in crowded areas. It features an ice loop cooling system that is claimed to be three times more efficient than traditional evaporative cooling systems.
Like the Xiaomi 14, the Xiaomi 14 Civi has a triple rear camera unit engineered with Leica with a Summilux lens. It has optical image stabilization (OIS), f/1.63 aperture, and 25mm equivalent focal length, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x zoom, and a 50-megapixel flash with a 12-megapixel and a 12-megapixel shooter. Fusion 800 image sensor included with a 120-degree field of view.
Like other Civi models, it has a dual selfie camera with a pair of 32MP sensors, one behind the wide lens (78°, 26mm) and the other behind the ultrawide (100°, 18mm). They can record 4K video at 30fps, take slow-motion selfies, and even have a teleprompter mode for vloggers.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, proximity sensor, and IR blaster. It is equipped with stereo speakers featuring Dolby Atmos support and comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. Additionally, it supports an AI-powered face unlock system.
The phone packs a 4,700mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging. The battery is said to charge up to 80 percent within 30 minutes of charging. The dimensions of the phone are 157.2 x 72.77 x 7.4 mm, and it weighs 177 grams.
