Motorola is preparing to update its high-end offering with the launch of the Motorola Edge 70 series, which is also expected to have an Air variant in China.
At the moment, there are not many details on what the main features of the new Motorola smartphones should be, and therefore, the promo video published on X by the popular leaker Evan Blass can only be welcomed by those who want to know more.
What can we expect from the Motorola Edge 70?
In his post on X, the popular leaker highlights one of the main features of Motorola’s new smartphone: its minimal thickness (it appears to be less than 6 mm). In practice, the Motorola Edge 70 will compete directly with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone 17 Air.
The video also reveals other features of Motorola’s new phone, which will feature a large display with a punch-hole cutout at the top center for the selfie and video calling camera, minimal bezels, a dust- and water-resistant metal body, and a triple rear camera (with a 50-megapixel primary sensor) positioned in a square-shaped module in the top left corner.
And again, thanks to the video, we learn that Motorola Edge 70 will be launched in at least three colors (they could be called Pantone Lily Pad, Pantone Gadget Gray, and Pantone Bronze Green).
The Motorola Edge 70 is expected to launch in China later this month, while there is currently no information on when the international version might arrive.
